Symptoms
An Exchange database backup completes. Many of the databases show a state of Unknown with an error code of AERR007 in the Job\Protection Jobs console.
Cause
This is due to a software defect.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in versions of PowerProtect Data Manager higher than 19.12-019.
