Symptoms
sftpバックアップ ストアへのアクセスをテストするときに、次のように「Auth fail」というエラーメッセージが表示されます。
Cause
- パスワードが正しくありません。
- ターゲット サーバー上のパスワード認証が無効になっています（チャレンジ レスポンスのみが有効） - Cloudlinkはsftpバックアップ ストアにパスワード認証を使用していますが、チャレンジ レスポンスは使用しません。
Resolution
パスワードの大文字と小文字が正しくない場合は、ターゲット サーバー上のファイル/etc/ssh/sshd_configを確認して、「PasswordAuthentication」設定を見つけます。
PasswordAuthenticationが「no」に設定されている場合は、「yes」に変更してからsshサービスを再起動します。
例：「systemctl restart sshd.service」
PasswordAuthenticationが「no」に設定されている場合は、「yes」に変更してからsshサービスを再起動します。
例：「systemctl restart sshd.service」
