Los seguimientos de red capturados por el Tcpdump indica que SCG-VE pudo conectar los servidores Dell Enterprise a través de los puertos 443 y 8443.

Gateway de conexión segura utiliza un tamaño de MTU de 1500 de manera predeterminada para conectarse a los servidores Dell Enterprise. Sin embargo, el proveedor de Internet del cliente no permite el tamaño de 1500 MTU.

Ejecute los siguientes comandos directamente en SCG-VE para cambiar el tamaño de MTU a 1454.
Cambiar el tamaño de MTU de eth0 en SCG-VE no resuelve el problema, ya que uno de los dockers denominado "esrsde-app" en SCG-VE se conecta al back-end de Dell.

Compruebe el tamaño actual de MTU de sae-srs-bridge:

Para su información:
si no puede acceder a la interfaz de usuario después del cambio anterior, REINICIE la VM y espere 4 minutos hasta que se inicialicen los contenedores. O reinicie el servicio systemctl restart esrsve.service.
