Cause

Hyper-V, Exchange, SharePoint 및 SQL(TLR)용 Avamar GLR 플러그인에는 타사 드라이버 "ELDOS 드라이버"가 내장되어 있습니다.

이 구성 요소는 나중에 Itempoint 툴을 사용하여 완료된 GLR 또는 TLR 작업을 수행하기 위해 데이터베이스의 Avamar 백업 경로를 마운트하는 데 필요합니다.

이 ELDOS 드라이버는 최신 Windows 운영 체제(Windows 2022 이상)를 지원하기 위한 최신 개선 사항이 없는 이전 버전입니다. 이로 인해 위에 언급된 오류가 발생합니다.

따라서 Windows 2022 이상에서는 GLR 또는 TLR 복구가 지원되지 않으며 Avamar Support Matrix에도 반영됩니다.
