Avamar: Hyper-V GLR mislukt met "Kan beveiligingskenmerken voor VHD-bestand niet ophalen"

De GLR-koppeling (Granular Level Recovery) van Hyper-V Virtual Machine (VM) mislukt met berichten die lijken op het volgende:Vanaf axionfs.log:

In de omgevingen van sommige gebruikers kan dit er ook voor zorgen dat de Windows GLR-servers of proxy's opnieuw worden opgestart tijdens de browsepoging.

De Avamar GLR-plug-ins voor Hyper-V, Exchange, SharePoint en SQL (TLR) hebben een ingebouwde driver van derden "ELDOS-driver".

Deze component is nodig om het Avamar-back-uppad van een database te koppelen om de GLR- of TLR-bewerkingen uit te voeren die later worden voltooid met de Itempoint-tool.

Dat ELDOS-stuurprogramma is een eerdere versie die niet de nieuwste verbeteringen heeft om nieuwere Windows-besturingssystemen (Windows 2022 en hoger) te ondersteunen. Dit veroorzaakt de hierboven genoemde storingen.

Als gevolg hiervan wordt het GLR- of TLR-herstel niet ondersteund voor Windows 2022 en hoger, wat ook wordt weergegeven in de Avamar Support Matrix.
