Symptoms

  • NMDA DB2-sikkerhedskopieringer mislykkes med følgende fejl rapporteret i NetWorker Management Console (NMC):
Unable to obtain the user credentials from the lockbox due to the following error: 'Authentication denied'.ERROR: Error retrieving password from the Networker lockbox.

NMDA backup failed.

72104:nsrdasv: ERROR: Error retrieving password from the Networker lockbox.
  • Dette output kan observeres fra Policy->Workflow->Backup action details. Vælg den mislykkede sikkerhedskopiering, og klik på Vis meddelelser.

Cause

Rodkontoen på DB2-klienten har ikke tilladelse til at få adgang til låseboksfilen.

Resolution

1. Log på NetWorker Management Console som administratorkonto (eller en konto med programadministratorrettigheder).
2. Gå til Server->Lockboxes.
3. I vinduet Låsebokse skal du åbne DB2-klientens låseboksegenskaber.
4. Under fanen Generelt skal du opdatere feltet Brugere til at indeholde "user=root,host=client_name"

5. Gem ændringerne ved at klikke på OK.
6. Kør sikkerhedskopieringen igen
