De foutcodes van het blauwe scherm: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE of DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL verschijnen tijdens de installatie van Windows 11 21H2 RTM, ISO 22000.194 of 22000.258.

Cause

Dit is een bekend probleem van Microsoft. De Windows 11 21H2 USB-inboxdriver bevat een probleem dat de privacymelding niet correct verwerkt en de blauwe schermfout veroorzaakt.

Resolution

Dit probleem doet zich niet voor op Windows 11 22H2 versie 22621 of hoger.

Als Windows 11 21H2 vereist is, moet Microsoft Hotfix KB5014019 worden geïmporteerd in de Windows 11 ISO voordat u Windows 11 installeert.

Volg deze stappen om KB5014015 te importeren in de Windows 11 21H2 ISO:

  1. De Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (Windows ADK) downloaden en installeren Deze hyperlink leidt u naar een website buiten Dell Technologies.
  2. Download de hotfix KB5014019 van de Microsoft-website. Deze hyperlink leidt u naar een website buiten Dell Technologies.
  3. Kopieer de bestanden van installatie-ISO naar een map met de naam c:\temp\src
  4. Kopieer de hotfix KB5014019 naar een map met de naam c:\temp\hotfix
  5. Open een opdrachtprompt met beheerderrechten.
  6. Koppel de image met deze opdracht:
Dism /Mount-Image /ImageFile:C:\temp\src\install.wim /Index:1 /MountDir:C:\temp\mount
  1. Importeer de hotfix met deze opdracht:
Dism /Image:"C:\temp\mount" /Add-Package /PackagePath="C:\temp\hotfix\windows10.0-KB5014019-x64.msu"  /LogPath=C:\temp\mount\dism.log
  1. Ontkoppel de image met deze opdracht:
Dism /Unmount-Image /MountDir:C:\temp\mount /Commit

Windows Imaging Format (WIM) is nu bijgewerkt. Gebruik de nieuwe image om Windows te installeren.
