NetWorker: NetWorker-Serverservices werden nicht gestartet "NetWorker kann die Startsequenz nicht fortsetzen"

Der NetWorker-Server wird auf einem Red Hat Enterprise Linux Pacemaker (PCS)-Cluster bereitgestellt.

Der NetWorker-Server wird von 19.6.1.x (oder früher) auf eine der betroffenen Versionen aktualisiert:

• 19.7.0.0 bis 19.7.0.3
• 19.8.0.0 bis 19.8.0.3
• 19.9.0.0 bis 19.9.0.1

Nach dem Upgrade werden die NetWorker-Serverservices nicht gestartet.

Änderungen, die in den betroffenen Versionen angewendet werden, verhindern, dass NetWorker-Services die VIRTUAL_CLUSTER_IP durch den Hostnamen, der für die Konfiguration von NetWorker verwendet wird. Während des Servicestarts sehen Services die IP-Adresse anstelle des Hostnamens, was zu einer Nichtübereinstimmung mit dem Wert "name" in der Serverressource führt. Außerdem wird versucht, die /nsr/lockbox Verwenden Sie die IP-Adresse anstelle des zuvor konfigurierten vollständig qualifizierten Domainnamens (FQDN).

Die Felder "name" der Lockbox und der NetWorker-Serverressource (NSR) basieren auf der statischen Zuweisung und nicht auf der Adressauflösung.

Dieses Problem wurde in NetWorker 19.8.0.4 behoben. 19.8 ist jedoch ab dem 11. November 2025 das Ende der Supportlaufzeit (EOSL). Führen Sie ein Upgrade auf 19.9.0.2 oder höher durch, um eine Codekorrektur durchzuführen: https://www.dell.com/support/home/product-support/product/networker/drivers
