Symptoms

TPG (Target Port Group) -arvot ja -tiedot ovat virheellisiä LINUX-järjestelmän PS-os-versioissa 3.x PowerStore Metro -taltioissa.
 

 

Cause

PowerStore Metro -porttien nonauthoritative TPG -tiedot (eli TPG-etätiedot) eivät näy oikein PowerStoressa.
ESXi hyväksyy aina polun määräävät tiedot, eli polun 1 polusta 1 peräisin olevat tiedot ovat vahvistavia. Järjestelmiä tarvitaan myös niiden omistamien polkujen ilmoittamiseen. Polkuja kutsutaan nonauthoritative paths -poluiksi. PowerStoren nonauthoritative-polut palauttavat virheellisiä tietoja TPM:istä.

 

 

Resolution

PowerStoreOS 3.x -version Metro-suojaus tukee FC/SCSI- tai iSCSI-liitettyjä VMware ESXi -isäntiä.
