PowerStore：FC 連接埠出現變動，導致節點意外重新開機

Symptoms

症狀可能包括：

  • 因意外重新開機導致節點錯誤
  • 核心錯誤 （記憶體不足） OOM，因為 FC 連接埠擺動
  • 受影響的主機 HBA 無法取得穩定的連線能力
  • 主機端無法存取資料

 

Cause

當 SAN 光纖中的裝置狀態變更 （登入/登出） 時，交換器會傳送 RSCN 通知至所有連接的裝置。
PowerStore FC 驅動程式會將命令傳送至交換器，以查詢 PowerStore 區域中的 WWN。
記憶體已分配給此類查詢，但可能無法正確釋放。

 

Resolution

PowerStoreOS 3.5.x.x 版中已修正的問題

節點會在意外重新開機後自動復原。

 

Additional Information

應識別故障的 WWN，並加以修復或中斷連線。
查看交換機和主機日誌以確定問題的原因。
連接埠變動的可能原因包括：FC 纜線鬆脫或髒汙、交換器連接埠故障、SFP 故障、主機 HBA 或主機 HBA 驅動程式/韌體。
