PowerStore：由于 FC 端口摆动导致节点意外重新启动

Symptoms

症状可能包括：

  • 意外重新启动导致节点死机
  • FC 端口摆动导致内核崩溃（内存不足）OOM
  • 受影响的主机 HBA 无法获得稳定的连接
  • 主机端数据访问丢失

 

Cause

当 SAN 结构中的设备状态发生变化（登录/注销）时，交换机会向所有连接的设备发送 RSCN 通知。
PowerStore FC 驱动程序向交换机发送命令，以查询 PowerStore 分区中的 WWN。
为此类查询分配了内存，但可能无法正确释放。

 

Resolution

PowerStoreOS 版本 3.5.x.x 中修复的问题

在意外重新启动后，节点会自动恢复。

 

Additional Information

应识别并修复故障 WWN 或断开连接。
查看交换机和主机日志以确定问题的原因。
端口摆动的可能原因包括：FC 线缆松动或脏污、交换机端口故障、SFP 故障、主机 HBA 或主机 HBA 驱动程序/固件。
应检查主机 HBA 驱动程序/固件兼容性。
