VxRail: 노드 추가 작업이 "플랫폼 서비스 중지 중"과 함께 실패함

VxRail Manager가 vxrail-platform-service 새로 추가된 노드에서.

• 작업이 오류와 함께 중단됨 "Failed to stop vxrail-platform-service service!".
• 로그 항목은 플랫폼 서비스 중지 요청이 노드에 도달할 수 없음을 나타냅니다.
• 기본 오류 메시지는 다음과 같습니다. ip address not reachable.

VxRail Manager와 새 노드 간의 ICMP 트래픽이 차단됩니다. 확장 논리는 ICMP 요청을 사용하여 노드 연결성을 확인합니다. ICMP가 필터링되면 관리자가 노드의 존재를 확인할 수 없으므로 "ip address not reachable" 오류 및 중지할 수 없음 vxrail-platform-service 새 노드에서.
