Symptoms

VxRail Manager durdurmaya çalışırken bir hata bildiriyor. vxrail-platform-service yeni eklenen bir düğümde.

  • Görev hata vererek iptal ediliyor "Failed to stop vxrail-platform-service service!".

Cause

VxRail Manager ile yeni düğümler arasındaki ICMP trafiği engellenir. Genişletme mantığı, düğüm erişilebilirliğini doğrulamak için ICMP isteklerini kullanır. ICMP filtrelendiğinde, yönetici düğümün varlığını doğrulayamaz ve bu da "ip address not reachable" hatalar ve durduramama vxrail-platform-service yeni düğümde.

 

Resolution

VxRail Manager ile yeni düğümler arasında, en azından düğümler kümeye eklenene kadar ICMP'ye izin verin.
