PowerEdge:OpenManage Enterprise 许可证不显示 iDRAC 上新安装的许可证

范围:

在 OpenManage Enterprise (OME) 中查找到并清点的设备反映了自上次成功清点时起的可用信息。PowerEdge 设备上新安装的 DRAC 许可证可能不会立即反映在 OME 上。如果 OME 未检测到设备的新功能,则 OME 插件程序许可的功能不可用。
 

解决方案:

确认 DRAC 已安装正确的许可证:  

  • 在 Dell iDRAC9 及更高版本上,可以在 iDRAC Web 界面>配置 >许可证中看到此内容。单击 + 号确认 已安装正确的 许可证 。 
  • 在 Dell iDRAC8 上,可以在 iDRAC Web 界面>概览 >服务器 >许可证中看到许可证。单击 + 号 确认已安装正确的 许可证 。 

在 OME Web 界面中,转至 设备,单击 设备名称>硬件>许可证确认 许可证与 DRAC 中安装的许可证 匹配 。如果许可证未同步,则以下步骤允许重新资源清册以检测新许可证。 
 

提醒:默认情况下,OME 每 24 小时运行一次资源清册任务。

 

  1. OME 设备 页面中,单击 系统 >资源清册在 设备上运行资源清册。等待作完成。 
  2. OME 设备 页面中,单击 系统 >发现>启用 并提供 设备凭据。等待作完成。 

如果上述步骤无法解决问题,请在一个或多个设备上尝试以下步骤以强制同步。 

  1. OME 设备 页面中,单击 系统 >更多作> 删除设备。  
  2. 重新启动设备上的 iDRAC。
  3. OME 设备 页面中,单击 查找 >发现 设备,并提供 DRAC 的 IP 和凭据。 
  4. OME 设备页面中,单击系统和>查找 >启用并提供设备凭据。等待作完成。
  5. 在 OME 中验证 设备视图>硬件>许可证 是否反映了 DRAC 许可证

在 OME 中成功清点设备可将功能扩展到 OME 插件程序(如 OMEVV)。
