Vytvoření balíčku protokolů PowerFlex –
1. Přihlaste se do nástroje PowerFlex Manager a zvolte možnost "Settings".
2. V nabídce "Settings" vyberte možnost "Virtual Appliance Management".
3. Vyberte možnost "Generate Troubleshooting Bundle".
4. V automaticky otevíraném okně zvolte, zda chcete odeslat do nakonfigurovaných služeb Secure Remote Services (Secure Remote Services), nebo zvolit místní stažení. Pokud stahujete lokálně, vyberte cestu ke stažení a zadejte příslušné přihlašovací údaje, poté klikněte na "Generovat".
