Instructions
Generera ett PowerFlex-loggpaket –
1. Logga in på PowerFlex Manager och välj "Settings".
2. I menyn Inställningar väljer du "Virtual Appliance Management".
3. Välj "Generate Troubleshooting Bundle".
4. I popup-fönstret väljer du att antingen skicka till Konfigurerade Secure Remote Services (Secure Remote Services) eller välja att ladda ner lokalt. Om du laddar ner lokalt väljer du sökvägen för nedladdningarna och anger lämplig inloggningsinformation följt av att klicka på "Generera".
