Symptoms
Active Directory (AD) or LDAP external authentication is being added to NetWorker.
The authentication resource fails to add with the following error."

Cause
The Distinguished Name used for the bind account has a comma in the name as seen in the example:
CN=Lastname\, Firstname,OU=OU_name,DC=domain,DC=com
Resolution
Use a Distinguished Name with no comma as the bind account. For example:
CN=Lastname Firstname,OU=OU_name,DC=domain,DC=com
CN=Lastname Firstname,OU=OU_name,DC=domain,DC=com
