Wanneer de computer wordt ingeschakeld, blokkeert de laptop het BIOS-waarschuwingsbericht en kan de computer de batterij niet opladen.
Cause
EC kan geen batterijgerelateerde informatie ophalen en stopt met opladen omdat de authenticatie is mislukt en is vastgesteld dat het om een batterij van andere leveranciers gaat.
Resolution
Inperking wanneer het probleem zich al heeft voorgedaan:
- Voor Intel-platforms moeten eindgebruikers de voedingsadapter verwijderen en de computer ten minste twee minuten afsluiten en vervolgens de computer inschakelen.
- Voor AMD-platforms moeten eindgebruikers de voedingsadapter verwijderen en de computer ten minste twee minuten afsluiten en vervolgens twee keer inschakelen.
