Når datamaskinen slås på, blokkerer den bærbare PC-en BIOS-advarselsmeldingen, og datamaskinen kan ikke lade batteriet.
Cause
EC kan ikke hente batterirelatert informasjon og stopper ladingen på grunn av godkjenningsfeil, og fastslår at det er et batteri som ikke er fra Dell.
Resolution
Inneslutning når problemet allerede har skjedd:
- For Intel-plattformer bør sluttbrukere fjerne AC og slå av datamaskinen i minst to minutter og deretter slå på datamaskinen.
- For AMD-plattformer må sluttbrukere ta ut strømadapteren og slå av datamaskinen i minst to minutter og deretter slå på to ganger.
