Cause
EC kan ikke hente batterirelaterede oplysninger og stopper opladningen på grund af godkendelsesfejl og fastslår, at det er et ikke-Dell-batteri.
Resolution
Inddæmning, når problemet allerede er sket:
- På Intel-platforme skal slutbrugere fjerne vekselstrømmen og lukke computeren ned i mindst to minutter og derefter tænde for computeren.
- På AMD-platforme skal slutbrugere fjerne vekselstrømsadapteren og slukke computeren i mindst to minutter og derefter tænde to gange.
