Quando il computer si accende, il notebook blocca il messaggio di avviso del BIOS e non è in grado di caricare la batteria.
Cause
L'EC non riesce a ottenere informazioni relative alla batteria e smette di caricarsi a causa di un errore di autenticazione e determina che si tratta di una batteria non Dell.
Resolution
Contenimento quando il problema si è già verificato:
- Per le piattaforme Intel, gli utenti finali devono rimuovere l'alimentazione CA e spegnere il computer per almeno due minuti, quindi accenderlo.
- Per le piattaforme AMD, gli utenti finali devono rimuovere l'adattatore CA e spegnere il computer per almeno due minuti, quindi accenderlo due volte.
