PCの電源をオンにすると、ノートパソコンはBIOS警告メッセージをブロックし、PCはバッテリーを充電できません。
Cause
ECはバッテリー関連の情報を取得できず、認証に失敗したために充電を停止し、それがDell製バッテリーではないと判断しました。
Resolution
問題がすでに発生している場合の封じ込め:
- インテル プラットフォームの場合、エンド ユーザーはAC電源を取り外し、コンピューターを少なくとも2分間シャットダウンしてから、コンピューターの電源をオンにする必要があります。
- AMDプラットフォームの場合、エンド ユーザーはACアダプターを取り外し、コンピューターを少なくとも2分間シャットダウンしてから、2回電源をオンにする必要があります。
BIOSをアップデートして問題を解決するには、次の手順を実行します。
