När datorn slås på blockerar den bärbara datorn BIOS-varningsmeddelandet och datorn kan inte ladda batteriet.
Cause
EC kan inte hämta batterirelaterad information och slutar ladda på grund av autentiseringsfel och fastställer att det är ett batteri som inte kommer från Dell.
Resolution
Inneslutning när problemet redan har uppstått:
- För Intel-plattformar ska slutanvändarna koppla bort nätströmmen och stänga av datorn i minst två minuter och sedan slå på datorn.
- För AMD-plattformar måste slutanvändare ta bort nätadaptern och stänga av datorn i minst två minuter och sedan slå på den två gånger.
