Cause
EC, pil ile ilgili bilgileri alamıyor ve bunun Dell markalı olmayan bir pil olduğunu belirlediğinde kimlik doğrulama hatası nedeniyle şarjı durduruyor.
Resolution
Sorun zaten oluştuğunda sınırlama:
- Intel platformlarında, son kullanıcılar AC yi çıkarmalı ve bilgisayarı en az iki dakika kapatmalı ve ardından bilgisayarı açmalıdır.
- AMD platformlarında, son kullanıcıların AC adaptörünü çıkarması ve bilgisayarı en az iki dakika boyunca kapatması ve ardından iki kez açması gerekir.
