當電腦開機時，筆記型電腦會擋住 BIOS 警告訊息，且電腦無法為電池充電。
Cause
EC 無法取得電池相關資訊，並因為驗證失敗而停止充電，並判定其為非 Dell 電池。
Resolution
問題已發生時的遏制：
- 若為 Intel 平台，最終使用者應卸下交流電並將電腦關機至少兩分鐘，然後再開啟電腦電源。
- 若為 AMD 平台，終端使用者必須卸下 AC 變壓器並將電腦關機至少兩分鐘，然後開機兩次。
