Symptoms

PUHCは、クラスターの電源装置が冗長であるかどうかを確認します。

非冗長電源が検出されると、次のメッセージが表示されます "Found Non-redundant Power Supply. Please check power supplie input or contact your service provider to investigate. (powersupply_redundancy)".

Cause

PSUに電力を供給するPDUの問題、ケーブルの切断など、さまざまな理由が考えられます。

Resolution

この問題が検出された場合:

  • 電源装置のアラートを確認します。
  • 電源装置への入力電源の両方が完全に機能していることを確認します。

  • Dellテクニカル サポートにお問い合わせください。

電源装置に障害が発生した場合にNDUを試行すると、NDUは失敗します。
