Symptoms

  • CO 服務未按預期進入生命週期模式，並且服務詳細資訊窗格上的服務操作下缺少遷移 vCLS VM 按鈕。
  • HCI 服務已創建服務卷/數據存儲，但尚未將 vCLS VM 遷移到其中。
  • 如果嘗試建立卷或將卷映射到服務，則會在日誌中收到以下錯誤：

Cause

PowerFlex Manager 為識別 vCLS VM 而執行的檢查無法運作，因為作業系統 guestId 報告的值在某些 vCenter 版本中非預期。

 

Resolution

若要解決此問題，您必須應用此修補程式。請遵循這些步驟下載並安裝：

  1. 下載本文隨附的.zip檔（附加檔僅在文章的英文版本中可用）。

  2. 使用 WinSCP 或類似工具，將檔案複製到 PowerFlex Manager VM 上的 /var/tmp。

  3. SSH 至 PowerFlex Manager 並解壓縮檔案：

    unzip hotfix-3.8.4-vxfm-34640.zip

  4. 變更至 hotfix 目錄：

    cd vxfm-34640-3.8.4

  5. 執行下列命令以安裝 Hotfix：

    sudo rpm -Fvh Dell-VxFM-*-3.8.4-*.noarch.rpm

  6. 重新啟動您的 PowerFlex Manager VM：

    sudo shutdown -r now

  7. 確認已安裝此 Hotfix：

    sudo rpm -qa | grep -i puppet-module-vmware-vcenter
sudo rpm -qa | grep -i asm-deployer

 

注意：輸出應顯示以下版本：
  • Dell-VxFM-puppet-module-vmware-vcenter-3.8.4-40.noarch.rpm
  • Dell-VxFM-asm-deployer-3.8.4-89.noarch.rpm

 

Additional Information
