Symptoms

Uygulama kurtarma işlemi gerçekleştirmek, ilke günlüğüne aşağıdaki hataları alır: 
Failed to validate DDBoost credential: Failed to run: user show detail %ddboostuser% Error: 
Unable to connect to hostport: %DD_IPADDRESS%, detailed error: ssh: handshake failed: 
unable to authenticate, attempted methods [none password], no supported methods remain. 
Check hostname or network connectivity.
DDBoost kullanıcısı Data Domain'e bağlanarak oturum açabilirsiniz.

Cause

Bağlantıyı denerken yanlış kimlik bilgileri önbelleğe alınmış.

Resolution

Cyber Recovery hizmetlerini yeniden başlatmak veya Cyber Recovery ana bilgisayarını yeniden başlatmak sorunu giderir.
