Cause

注意：如果系統事件記錄 （SEL） 中有任何 DIMM 遺失，或顯示無法修正的事件，則必須更換這些 DIMM。

  1. 確認是否因為事件而遺失 DIMM。

Resolution

收集上述命令的輸出，並參照 KB 215723開立服務要求，檢閱伺服器 DIMM 以進行更換。


如果已成功更換 DIMM，xDoctor 4.8.92.0 版或更新版本則需要清除受影響節點上的 SEL。它會停止此日誌條目的進一步警報。


範例 - 清除系統事件記錄 （SEL）：

查詢 iDRAC 以取得系統事件記錄，並確認輸出中有錯誤。 

請記住，在清除 SEL 之前，請先檢查是否有任何其他需要解決的錯誤。此外，請將記錄儲存至 /var/log/hardware 如中所述 KB 49569。

在此範例中，192.168.219.101 對應至節點 1 的 iDRAC IP：
