Cause

メモ: DIMMのいずれかが欠落している場合、またはシステム イベント ログ(SEL)に修正不能イベントが表示されている場合は、DIMMを交換する必要があります。
  1. SELログをチェックして、ノードに修正不可能なエラーがあることを確認します。

コマンド：(リモートコマンド)

# sudo ipmitool -H <iDrac IP> -U root -P passwd -I lanplus sel elist

  1. イベントが原因で欠落しているDIMMがあるかどうかを確認します。

コマンド：

Resolution

上記のコマンドから出力を収集し、KB 215723を参照するサービス リクエストを開いて、サーバーのDIMMの交換を確認します。


DIMMが正常に交換された場合、xDoctorバージョン4.8.92.0以降では、影響を受けるノードでSELをクリアする必要があります。これにより、このログ エントリーに対するアラートが停止されます。


例 - システム イベント ログ(SEL)のクリア:

iDRACをクエリーしてシステム イベント ログを取得し、エラーが出力に存在することを確認します。 

SELをクリアする前に、対処する必要がある他のエラーを確認してください。また、ログを /var/log/hardware で説明されているように KB 49569」

この例では、192.168.219.101はノード1のiDRAC IPに対応します。
