Instructions

Dell Service Tag is a 5-7 character identifier that is unique to the product. Service Tag is required for contacting support.

You can find the service tag and other switch model details using command  
show platform syseeprom

Sample output

You can also use grep option to see only the service tag. Use command  
show platform syseeprom | grep Service
