Cause

El agente de respaldo de PowerProtect Data Manager realiza llamadas a la API de Microsoft Windows para determinar si el host es parte de una configuración de clúster. En Windows Server 2019, cuando se realizan llamadas a la API, se producen mensajes de error como los anteriores.

Resolution

Estos eventos se pueden ignorar de forma segura. Los errores no afectan a Windows Server ni a los respaldos realizados por PowerProtect Data Manager Agent.

El equipo de ingeniería de PowerProtect Data Manager ha trabajado con Microsoft para encontrar una solución. La corrección se espera en una versión futura de PowerProtect Data Manager después de v19.14. Este artículo se revisará cuando haya más información disponible sobre la corrección.
