Symptoms

仮想マシンの本番チェックポイントを取得できません。エラーは次のとおりです。

"Production checkpoints cannot be created for...".

バックアップが失敗します。エラーは次のとおりです。

 "Production checkpoints cannot be created for..."


VSSサービスが実行されていないことがログに報告されます。

VMWare Servers can show "Get-VMIntegrationService -VMName "XXXX" shows lost comm for VSS".

Cause

Windows Serverの定期的な更新と、オペレーティング システム ファイルに関連するファイルの破損は、ボリューム シャドウ コピー サービスの障害の最も一般的な原因となります。   

Resolution

手順:
以下は、ボリューム シャドウ コピー(VSS)サービスのファイルをリセットするために設計されたスクリプトです。
1.上の罫線の下から下の罫線の上まで、すべてをメモ帳ファイルにコピーします
2.」という名前でファイルを保存しますRESET_VSS_SCRIPT.BAT「管理コマンド ウィンドウで して実行します。
