Mohou nastat případy, kdy uživatel nevědomky spustí neviditelný režim stisknutím klávesy F9 . Vypne se displej a všechny kontrolky LED, což vede k tomu, že uživatel kontaktuje společnost Dell a nahlásí, že neproběhne test POST, nefunguje napájení nebo chybí obraz.
Cause
Uživatel stiskne klávesu F9 a přejde do režimu OS Stealth. Může se jednat úmyslně nebo omylem, ale nedojde k obnovení výchozího režimu. To způsobí, že displej a všechny LED diody zhasnou.
Resolution
Stisknutím klávesy F9 ověřte, zda je počítač v režimu Rugged Stealth.
