Symptoms

Cyber Recovery Manager를 사용하여 정책을 생성할 수 없습니다. 정책 생성 마법사가 첫 페이지에 오류와 함께 실패합니다. 계속 진행할 수 없습니다.

스크린샷을 예로 들어 보겠습니다. 오류 메시지에 MTree가 변경되었습니다. 항상 같은 것은 아닙니다.

mgmtdds.log에도 동일한 오류가 표시됩니다.

Cause

볼트 Data Domain에는 SMT(Secure Multitenancy) 기능이 활성화되어 있습니다. 이 문서를 작성할 때 Cyber Recovery Manager는 SMT 기능이 활성화된 Data Domain 유닛과 호환되지 않습니다.

sysadmin@datadomain# smt status
SMT is enabled.

Resolution

볼트 Data Domain에서 SMT 기능을 비활성화합니다. 
sysadmin@datadomain# smt disable
SMT disabled.

sysadmin@datadomain# smt status
SMT is disabled.
