Symptoms

无法使用 Cyber Recovery Manager 创建策略。策略创建向导失败，并在第一页出现错误。无法继续。

下面是一个屏幕截图作为示例。错误消息中注明的 MTree 更改。它并不总是一样。

Cause

存储区 Data Domain 已启用安全多租户 （SMT） 功能。在撰写本文时，Cyber Recovery Manager 与启用了 SMT 功能的 Data Domain 设备不兼容。

sysadmin@datadomain# smt status
SMT is enabled.

Resolution

禁用存储区 Data Domain 上的 SMT 功能。 
sysadmin@datadomain# smt disable
SMT disabled.

sysadmin@datadomain# smt status
SMT is disabled.
