Symptoms
System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) BIOS Güncelleştirme Hatası
SCCM, BIOS güncellemesi gerçekleştirirken "BIOS Update Aborted" hata mesajı gösteriyor.
BIOS güncelleştirme günlüğünde aşağıdakine benzer bir hata günlüğü gösterilir:
"... Failed to copy num[0] payload to memory - 3f1
Failed to copy num[1] payload to memory - 3f1
Error: BIOS güncelleme yükü hazırlanamıyor.
Çıkış Kodu = 10 (Belirtilmemiş Hata)
BIOS sıfırlaması şu saatte tamamlandı..."
Not: Bu sorun, Windows, Dell Command Update (DCU), Dell SupportAssist veya BIOS Önyükleme menüsünden BIOS'u güncellerken meydana gelmez.
Cause
Sorun, eski bir WinPE sürümü (Derleme 19041) kullanılmasından kaynaklanmaktadır.
Resolution
WinPE'yi güncelleştirme
Bu sorunu çözmek için SCCM görüntüleme rutinindeki WinPE önyükleme görüntüsünü 19045 veya üzeri bir sürüme güncelleştirin.
Not: Bu sorun SCCM ile sınırlı olmayabilir. Herhangi bir önyüklenebilir ortamda eski WinPE derleme sürümlerinin kullanılması da etkilenebilir.
