Symptoms
BIOS-uppdateringsfel för System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
SCCM visar felmeddelandet "BIOS Update Aborted" när en BIOS-uppdatering utförs.
BIOS-uppdateringsloggen visar en fellogg som liknar den nedan:
"... Det gick inte att kopiera nyttolasten num[0] till minnet – 3f1
Det gick inte att kopiera nyttolasten num[1] till minnet – 3f1-fel
: Det gick inte att förbereda nyttolasten för BIOS-uppdatering.
Slutkod = 10 (ospecificerat fel)
BIOS-flashuppdateringen slutfördes ..."
Obs! Det här problemet uppstår inte när du uppdaterar BIOS i Windows, Dell Command Update (DCU), Dell SupportAssist eller uppdaterar via BIOS-startmenyn.
Cause
Problemet orsakas av att en föråldrad WinPE-version (version 19041) används.
Resolution
Uppdatera WinPE
Lös problemet genom att uppdatera WinPE-startavbildningen i SCCM-avbildningsrutinen för att skapa version 19045 eller senare.
Obs! Det här problemet kanske inte är begränsat till SCCM. Användning av föråldrade WinPE-versioner på alla startbara medier kan också påverkas.
