当客户的内部防火墙软件报告客户端通信尝试达到 IP 47.100.193.85，或 dell1.com 从瘦客户端无法访问 NTP 服务器时，或者客户运行本地 ThinOS 网络诊断测试时，检测到这种情况。

Cause

用于 www.dell.com 的硬编码 URL 值被无意中定义为 www.dell1.com。

提醒：虽然连接到外部公共服务器，但不会将任何会危及安全性或改变 ThinOS 客户端行为的数据写入客户端。

Resolution

  • ThinOS 2306 于 2023 年 6 月发布，解决了此问题。
  • ThinOS 2308 计划于 2023 年 8 月发布，更新如下：
    • 删除了代码中的其他网络诊断逻辑;在 “故障排除 ”中仅保留了用户手动触发诊断程序的网络诊断逻辑。
    • 在网络>诊断故障处理 >中
      • 此外，还删除了 Web 访问测试（这需要外部 URL，例如 www.dell.com）
      • 保留了 PING 和 DNS 解决步骤，添加了用户必须单击 Continue 的消息
        • 以前，用户必须单击 Diagnostics
