PowerFlex 3.X: Accesso al server di presentazione Errore HTTP 500

Symptoms

L'interfaccia utente Web del server di presentazione non viene caricata e viene restituito l'errore HTTP 500 relativo a GetMatched(String) dopo aver tentato di accedere. 

 

La scaleio.log del server di presentazione mostra i seguenti errori:

Errore HTTP 500  

 

Cause

Con Presentation Server 3.6.1 e versioni precedenti, la versione della libreria jetty non è compatibile con la libreria rxrpc . La compatibilità è stata risolta in Presentation Server 3.6.2.

 

Resolution

Aggiornare il server di presentazione alla versione 3.6.2. Si noti che Presentation Server 3.6.2 richiede Java 11, come indicato nelle note di rilascio.
