Symptoms

從 PowerStore Manager 使用者介面 （UI） 執行時，效能指標集合似乎失敗，並顯示錯誤：

The system encountered unexpected backend errors.請聯絡支援部門。(0xE0101001000C)

 

效能指標集合會在達到逾時後，報告 UI 失敗。但是，工作會在背景繼續執行，且不會發生任何問題檔案。

Cause

此問題是由指標的生成方式導致的，導致似乎超時。

Resolution

此問題已在 PowerStoreOS 4.1 中修正。
