Symptoms

从 PowerStore Manager 用户界面 （UI） 运行时，性能指标收集似乎失败，并显示错误：

The system encountered unexpected backend errors.请联系支持部门。(0xE0101001000C)

 

性能指标收集在达到超时后在 UI 中报告故障。但是，作业将在后台继续进行，并且生成文件时没有问题。

Cause

此问题是由于指标的生成方式导致的，导致看似超时。

Resolution

此问题已在 PowerStoreOS 4.1 中得到修复。

 

解决方法是使用 ssh/cli 手动下载指标：
