Hesla imagí Windows 10 IoT se změnila s platností od verze 2308.

Podle pokynů SDL (Security Development Lifecycle) 7.0 by každé zařízení mělo mít jedinečné heslo.

Použití sériového čísla každého zařízení (protože je jedinečné):

  • Účty správce:
    • Výchozí uživatelské jméno je Admin
    • Výchozí heslo, ve kterém se rozlišují velká a malá písmena, je Admin#<serial number of the device>
  • Uživatelské účty:
    • Výchozí uživatelské jméno je User
    • Výchozí heslo, ve kterém se rozlišují velká a malá písmena, je User#<serial number of the device>
