Symptoms

  • 使用 NetWorker VMware Protection （NVP） vProxy 一体机配置 Microsoft SQL 虚拟机以进行备份。
  • 虚拟机的备份作配置了应用程序一致性，以便执行 MSVMAPPAGENT 备份。
  • 在 SQL Server 的初始备份期间，备份失败。虚拟机的 C：\Program Files\DPSAPPS\MSVMAPPAGENT\logs\msvmcatsnap.log 显示数据库不在服务器本地：

Cause

SQL Server 的主机名与客户端节点名称不匹配。这会导致 NetWorker 将这些数据库视为“非本地”，并阻止备份完成。

这也可能是由于主机名或客户端节点名称拼写错误而导致的。

Resolution

SQL 数据库管理员必须进行调查。仔细查看 SQL Server 的主机名和 SQL 配置。
