Symptoms

다음 사용자 이름 형식 중 하나를 사용하는 경우 PowerStore Manager 로그인이 실패합니다.
  • User@netbios_name
  • 사용자/netbios_name
사용자 이름 및/또는 암호 조합이 잘못되었거나 사용자 계정이 잠겨 있을 수 있습니다.

Cause

PowerStoreOS 3.5에서는 PowerStore Manager 로그인을 위해 LDAP 사용자 자격 증명을 입력할 때 단축된 NetBIOS 이름이 더 이상 유효하지 않습니다.

Resolution

PowerStoreOS 3.5에서는 LDAP 사용자로 로그인할 때 FQDN(Fully Qualified Domain Name) 또는 UPN(Universal Principal Name)을 사용합니다.
  • user@FQDN.company.com
  • FQDN.company.com/user
단축된 NetBIOS 로그인 방법은 PowerStoreOS 3.6 이상에서 복원됩니다.
