Als het moederbord van uw apparaat onlangs is vervangen, wordt het Windows-besturingssysteem mogelijk niet automatisch opnieuw geactiveerd.
Windows geeft een activeringsfout weer op de pagina Activering in systeeminstellingen.
U kunt gewoon blijven werken. Sommige personalisatie-opties zijn mogelijk beperkt of niet beschikbaar.
Cause
Het probleem wordt actief onderzocht door technische teams van Microsoft.
Resolution
Dell werkt dit artikel bij zodra er nieuwe richtlijnen beschikbaar zijn.
Hiervoor is een update van Microsoft vereist. Windows heeft ingebouwde logica die de activeringsstatus herhaaldelijk controleert met Windows Activation Servers (WAS) en automatisch opnieuw wordt geactiveerd zodra de oplossing is gepubliceerd.
