Instructions
Dell 支援服務必須瞭解是否需要額外容量。
- 如果需要，服務必須執行以下操作：
- 確認 客戶名稱。
- 確認 目前的授權 為 永久 授權或 是否具有結束日期。
您可以從 CloudLink >系統 >授權頁面擷取此資訊。
- Dell 支援服務必須找到目前 （損壞） 磁碟機和新磁碟機之間的凹差。假設容量應增加 delta * 3。
例如：
7.68 TB 磁碟用於覆蓋發生故障的 3.84TB 磁碟。
三角洲：7.68 TB - 3.84 TB = 3.84 TB - 容量增加 （額外容量授權大小）：3.84 TB * 3 = 11.52 TB
