Symptoms

在先前已設定但隨後停用的系統上啟用 PowerProtect Data Manager 災難回復可能會產生錯誤。「Data Domain Boost 自動設定主要來源」工作會回報下列錯誤： 
User account verification error. Deleting user and trying again Failed to delete user account. Please manually delete it

Cause

在先前已設定 DR 備份且已停用的系統上啟用 PowerProtect Data Manager DR 備份時，可能會發生此問題。

Resolution

依照下列程序，識別與 PowerProtect Data Manager 中受影響的 SysDR* 儲存裝置相關聯的使用者帳戶：

  1. SSH 至 PowerProtect Data Manager 終端機
  2. 變更為根使用者。
su root
  1. 變更目錄
cd /usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts
  1. 執行此命令以取得先前設定的 DR 資訊：
./get_sdr_config_credential.py SysDR_$(hostname -s)
輸出類似於以下內容：

  1. 請記下使用者名稱。在上述輸出範例中，使用者名稱為：SysDR_ppdm199
  2. 連線至 Data Domain （DD） Web 主控台
  3. 尋找儲存單元 SysDR 名稱<>。
  4. 將儲存裝置的使用者帳戶設為從步驟 4 輸出取得的使用者名稱。
  5. 在 PowerProtect Data Manager 中重試 DR 組態。
  6. 如果再次失敗，請從 DD 主控台的「管理->存取->本機使用者」刪除使用者帳戶。
  7. 從 PowerProtect Data Manager 重試 DR 組態。帳戶會在 DD 上重新建立。
