Situação:
   - Servidores 14G e novas memórias (upgrade ou substituição de peças) sendo instalados no sistema não sendo detectados com uma mensagem semelhante a:

2023-11-11 20:20:52    1959506    PST0128    No memory is detected.
2023-11-11 20:20:51    1959505    PST0128    No memory is detected.


Erro de nenhuma memória detectada
 

 

Cause

Certifique-se de que, se diferentes memórias estiverem sendo adicionadas (ou substituídas por), você analisou a família de processadores e a nova especificação de memória.

Resolution

Conforme documentado, os processadores Skylake exigem memórias de densidade de 8 GB. Portanto, nenhuma memória de densidade de 16 GB deve funcionar.
