Symptoms

Caso:
   - Los servidores 14G y las nuevas memorias (actualización o reemplazo de piezas) que se instalan en el sistema no se detectan con un mensaje similar a:

2023-11-11 20:20:52    1959506    PST0128    No memory is detected.
2023-11-11 20:20:51    1959505    PST0128    No memory is detected.

Cause

Asegúrese de que, si se van a agregar (o reemplazar memorias diferentes), haya revisado la familia del procesador y la nueva especificación de memoria.

Resolution

Como se documentó, los procesadores Skylake requieren memorias de densidad de 8 GB. Por lo tanto, no se espera que las memorias de densidad de 16 GB funcionen.
